Collaborative Leadership Experience
We all know that you have to ask the right questions to get the right answers. In today’s world, churches are finding that God will speak into the life and future of their church through results-based conversations. Collaborative leadership is the key to achieving long term effectiveness and stems from a guided dialog among church leaders. People are more likely to own what they help to create.
The WildWorks Collaborative Leadership process allows your church to design, prepare and experience a template-driven results based conversation around the following topics:

Strategic Planning
Member Involvement
Budgeting
These conversations are guided through the following six realities:
What was? Things that must happen in the future are put into the context of where we have already come from.
What is? As Sergeant Friday on Dragnet used to say, ‘Just the facts ma’am.” This part of the conversation analyzes current reality.
What might be? This reality focuses on a wide collection of possibilities and fosters innovation.
What could be? This moves the discussion from a creative scenario to a plausible reality and looks at the changes and stretches that will be necessary.
What should be? This view balances all of the possibilities that could happen, with all that should. Using logical creativity, it considers the best possible direction for the church to go.

Powerful Decision Making is an advanced model of Building Powerful Ministry Teams (see conference above) and builds on the biblically based priniciples and practices covered in that workshop.
