Situational Leadership ®II

Situational Leadership® II is recognized as an organizational language and a framework for developing people. It is a model that works across cultural, language, and geographical barriers by teaching leaders to diagnose the needs of an individual or a team at a particular point in time and to use the leadership style that matches or responds to the needs of the situation.

Research indicates that people who work for situational leaders have a higher moral and are more productive.

As a result of this workshop you will be able to:

  • Understand the Situational Leadership® II model
  • Grasp how to implement the model immediately with those you serve
  • See the morale and effectiveness of those you lead increase almost overnight

Situational Leadership® is a registered trademark of the Center for Leadership Studies, INC. www.situational.com

Leading with Style

Our behavioral traits are not only a major influence on our leadership style, but also provide the template through which we view the leadership of others. When we are led by those with different behavioral styles from our own, we have a tendency to feel over-led.

Understanding these differences will not only help you to better serve those you lead, but also help you to better respond to the leadership of others.

As a result of this workshop you will be able to:

  • Better understand the strengths and weaknesses of your leadership style.
  • Identify the leadership style of other people
  • Develop a strategy for leading those with styles that differ from yours
